Oaisys records everyone, except 1 guy. The applications hang and need to be closed and restarted. The instance of the call is there length of call is there, transfers if any etc but not the audio recording.

February 27, It’s been a while since I’ve used Oaisys but I think it sounds like you could be licensed to record only 5 endpoints. We also reviewed server and desktop performance about a billion oaieys. Also, are you using separate Extension Lists to allow the proper User groups to have access It maybe that extension isn’t in the list. Hey Gang, Got an issue I’m struggling with.
